Additive manufacturing is challenging because part quality and order-to-order consistency depend on many variables: process selection, build orientation, support structure, material type, material source, cleanliness, handling, and post-processing to name a few.
If you have a quick job with all of the parameters defined, we'll produce it competitively. But we also have the knowledge and experience to solve problems and provide guidance. Working with us can add value to your project. We're more than a 3D printing service.
Our processes and materials are state of the art.
We specialize in 3D Systems Figure 4 (DLP) resin printer. With a 50 nm resolution we deliver beautiful parts with the highest dimensional accuracy possible with 3d printing. We print resins that are some of the best in the industry. 3D Systems places emphasis on testing and qualifying their resins, and their data sheets are reliable. The Figure 4 provides costs far lower than traditional SLA with excellent finish and fine feature resolution.
Our filament printing platform is the Bambu Labs X1 Carbon & Ultimaker S7 Pro (FDM). Bambu Labs and Ultimaker are both some of the most capable and reliable FDM platforms with more than 280 qualified filaments.
Need thread inserts, paint, assembly? No problem!
We commonly provide secondary operations which allow you to purchase parts that can go directly to inventory or to their end use without the need to manage other vendors or extra internal workflows.

We are committed to producing products of the highest quality. While we do not yet carry ISO 9001 or 13485 certification, we are moving in that direction.
In the meantime, we control our manufacturing data, inspect every lot of parts, provide certifications of compliance, perform in house quality control, and label parts so that you know exactly what you have received. If you have special requirements, we are happy to work with you.
